Not as much as I’d like to. I used to do it for maybe 2 or 3 hours a day. My life has been really busy lately, what with school and such, so I haven’t had much free time, unfortunately. I’d like to get back into it though, because I’ve just been really stressed out lately, and I could definitely use a release.
FUCK! WAIT! NO I THOUGHT THIS SAID “MEDITATE” GODDAMMIT FUCK SHIT
STOP REBLOGGING THIS I FUCKING THOUGHT IT SAID MEDITATE
yo gettin married at 22 sounds a lot like leavin a party at 9:30 pm
yeah but you get to leave the party with your favorite person on the planet, and take off all of your makeup, and put on your ugly comfortable clothes and make popcorn and curl up in your bed and watch a movie, and have sex and go to sleep, idk how that sounds like a bad thing.
And everyone else just wakes up alone and hungover.
You know when you’re drowning you don’t actually inhale until right before you black out. It’s called voluntary apnea. It’s like no matter how much you’re freaking out, the instinct to not let any water in is so strong that you won’t open your mouth until you feel like your head’s exploding. Then when you finally do let it in, that’s when it stops hurting. It’s not scary anymore. It’s.. actually kind of peaceful.
